"Freundliches Personal, aber das Hotel Renovierungsbedürftig"

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nicht sehr tolle Lage des Hotels , kein Parkplatz (öffentliches Parkplatz auf anderer Straßenseite-> unsicher), Frühstück in einer Bäckerei in der Nähe (nur ein Croissant mit Kaffee), Hotel ist alt und heruntergekommen (Renovierungsbedürftig), unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer (wie alte Sachen), das Bad sehr klein und eng, kein Aufzug. Keine richtige Decke und kein Deckenbezug, nur eine alte Decke in zwei Bettlaken umhüllt.

"We decided to stay two nights so we could take our time and enjoy. Everything was amazing."

I love the cozy, clean rooms. Location was great with two supermarkets near by and only 2.50 euros for a 20 min train ride into Florence. Mose and his son Davide were soooo wonderful and attentive and gave great advice on what to explore and where to go. I will definitely be back!!
