L'Arancio

This hotel is a bargain considering it was a comfortable and spacious room in a homely building. It's just ten minutes walk round the corner and you're inside the walls of the old town of Lucca. On a bigger budget I'd recommend being within the walls for the atmosphere, but on a budget this was the next best thing. Friendly and efficient welcome and clean and comfortable room. The only odd thing was that check out was by 10am but the reception didn't open until 10a m so you had to wait till then to hand your key in etc. Plus in terms of leaving bags on day of departure the reception is closed between midday and four. But Lucca is such a charming place to visit and this was a great place to be based on a budget.

Det er et fint B&B, faktisk mere et hotel der er ret billigt. Værelset var stort, sengene var gode, badeværelset var nyt og pænt og der er ventilator i loftet. Der er gratis parkeringsplads, hvilket ellers er svært at finde i området og ejeren er sød og hjælpsom og taler ret godt engelsk. Der er ikke klinisk rent men det er der aldrig på hoteller og dette er slet ikke det værste sted jeg har været. Rengøring ok efter normale standarder og god efter hotelstandarder:) Et rigtig fint sted til prisen-
