Great location

I needed a corkscrew!

Beautiful location, in front of the apartmen was nice garden, great pool on the property! Staff is friendly and helping. Kitchen is well equiped. Bed is comfortable!

Apartment was a bit cold - we visited mid october. Furniture and bathroom is old. There were spiders on the ceiling and bugs on the floor, some dead, some alive. There was woolen blanket and thin cover for covering when sleeping, no duvet so it didn’t feel to clean…

A real gem. We had an apartment and it was very spacious and well appointed. Location was good although a little to find initially.

Directions to the property.

Beautiful gardens. Great pool. Quiet. Easy parking. Air-conditioned rooms. Comfortable beds. Short distance to a wonderful hilltop village, Casole d'Elsa. Easy access to wonderful central Toscana.

Toilet had large brown scale deposit. Cobwebs not cleaned away in the bathroom. Kitchen very basic. Rain made its way in through leaky main window, made bags wet. None of this spoiled our holiday.

Pablito and his son are great hosts, both extremely helpful. Apartments are very well appointed each with own private garden..

Nothing, we liked everything - this was our second visit, which says it all.

We loved the location, especially the swimming pool and the gardens. The resort is very near to the village, you can probably walk if you want but it was too hot to do so.

Not the resort's fault, but Google Maps shows you a route that goes via a country road that is actually closed to traffic. There is a very good road to reach the resort but Maps does not seem to know.

The stunning property provided a peaceful atmosphere, catered well for children (e.g table tennis table, basketball, table football, trampoline, small football goals) and had a brilliant sized pool for the number of guests.
