Wine Resort Dievole

Este hotel en la toscana es espectacular. La habitación muy amplia y la limpieza impecable, con una preciosa vista. El desayuno muy variado, allí probé el mejor cornetto del viaje, y la cena deliciosa. El personal muy atento y amable. Sin duda volvería.

I loved the wait staff, the breakfast, and the scenery. The staff were so nice, and there was just one receptionist the one I explain in our issue who we didn’t like, but everyone else was lovely!!

When we first got there they put us in a room filled with bugs, dead bugs on the walls, mosquitos flying around, stink bugs everywhere. It was like we were camping. I couldn’t believe it. We asked about the issue, and the receptionist gave us spray and said this is just what Tuscany is like. I said, defn not what 300+ Euros a night should be. So we complained and after some back and fourth they agreed to move our room. The other room was significantly better, cleaner, smelled better, and no bugs!! I don’t understand why that happened, but if you go, defn don’t let them do that. Also the pool was not heated, that is not ok if youre paying tons of mula to stay there.

아침식사 하는 곳이 너무 추운 공간이어서 모든 음식이 너무 금방 식었습니다. 전반적으로 음식은 아침 저녁 다 평범했습니다. 수영장은 너무 아름다웠지만 물이 히팅이 안되어 수영을 할 순 없었습니다
