Avevo prenotato una camera de luxe di mq 35 con salottino e mi è stata affidata una camera Classic perché le dimensioni e le foto da Booking corrispondevano ad una classic L’ho fatto presente alla reception e mi hanno detto che l’avrei dovuto fare presente al momento dell’arrivo Sono loro che devono essere informati delle camere da assegnare non io La responsabile mi ha sempre risposto con un ghigno che mi sembrava che mi prendesse in giro Per rimediare voleva offrirmi uno sconto per il prossimo soggiorno Non credo che tornerò

Beautiful place

No air conditioning in the rooms!! There was literally no air in the room. When you try opening the window you get tens of mosquitoes in the room in a second. Such an expensive resort and we literally couldn’t sleep. Also this is kind of a scam because it says in the room description AC is available Everything in the hotel is so expensive. Instagram trap

This place was so beautiful and relaxing, the beds were so comfy and the food in the restaurant was amazing, probably the best dinner we have had in Italy, definitely could be improved with a gym or a jacuzzi/sauna,

there are 2 ways into the resort, we made the mistake of coming the wrong way which was a long gravely path that was terrible to drive on, definitely drive from Siena direction.
