Clean, comfy beds with down comforters. Nice bathtub. Back garden with beehives. Breakfast was pretty nice, if pricy. The staff were all friendly and the desk was staffed 24/7. We had fun watching workmen planting a 3 story living wall. And it had a nice view of the city.

We had to up grade to the best level room. Although we had called to reserve a room with air conditioning, (for €20 more per night), we now had to pay an extra €70.00 per night for their top room., as they had forgotten to do so. They forgot to put both nights on the new key card, so we were stuck going up and down in the elevator 3 times before we worked out the problem. In 40 C heatwave! The air-con wasn’t great. There were no tea making facilities or refrigerator. I had to get my husband to hold the shower for me as there was only one fixed point, in my face.

Clean, modern, professional and they have AC!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean relatively spacious. Close to public transportation.

Not all rooms have AC, which is unclear from the room description. Luckily we were able to upgrade to a room with AC, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

The bedroom was neat and clean.
