gute Lage an der Außenalster, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Checkout 11 Uhr prima. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, Frühstück alles da was man braucht.

Auf Toilette recht beengt, da Bad sehr klein. Einstieg in Dusche sehr hoch und recht schmal, Übergewichtige könnten hier Probleme bekommen

Arriving at midnight, got access to the property with clear instructions from staff prior. Great comfort to find a bottle of complimentary red wine after a hassle journey from the airport

Wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, Boutique Hotel mit süßem kleinen Garten in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Außenalster. Das Personal war auch sehr nett und das Frühstück ausreichend.

Our room was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful with early morning checkout and providing extra linens as needed. The front desk had a button to call a taxi 24/7, which we used to get to the airport early in the morning. We appreciated the complementary water and coffee/tea maker in the room. We enjoyed being so close to the Alster lake.

Our attic room got hot at night. The room had a mini-split unit but it was still very warm in our room.

I stayed here for a week and was really happy. Staff are pleasant. My room was spacious bright and quiet with a lovely garden view. I'm not a breakfast person but they do a nice breakfast and you can sit or eat in the garden. It's in a great area, a few feet from the water which you can follow for 10 mins to the Kunsthalle, or 20 mins to the Rathaus. There is a street nearby full of pubs restaurants cafés. The area is really hard to beat. Some times there were 2 gorgeous old dogs. I loved seeing them but did not see enough of them. One night they welcomed me when I returned late. Beautiful...

Only one thing bothered me. I had a do not disturb sign outside for entirety of my stay, yet 2 mornings before I left, the housekeeper entered while I was still in bed. Even if the sign had slipped to the ground I don't think this is acceptable. The do not disturb sign really needs to be respected. It's a minor complaint but still... What are do not disturb signs for???...

El hotel está muy bien situado. Nuestra habitación era muy bonita y el baño funcional . El personal del hotel tanto en recepción como en el desayuno muy amable y profesional.
