Service - Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und möchten besonderes den Service hervorheben. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Parken, da unser Auto ziemlich groß ist und es schwierig war, in die Garage zu fahren. Das Hotelpersonal hat jedoch alles dafür getan damit wir unser Auto problemlos parken konnten. Lage - ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um zum Besipiel Hamburger Dom oder Millerntor-Stadion (St.Pauli) besuchen. Noch einmal möchten wir betonen, wie herzlich und hilfsbereit das gesamte Team - besonders an der Rezeption - ist.
