Wenn man auf hohem Niveau jammern müsste, könnte man den etwas kleinen Lift bemängeln…aber das ist dann schon sehr pingelig.

Die Gastgeber, alle Mitarbeiter sind außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend, was ich sehr sehr selten als Vielreisende erlebe. Man kommt an und fühlt sich wohl. Die Ausstattung von Bett und Bad ist auf sehr hohem Niveau! Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Nachhaltig und sehr gute Qualität.

Wir waren zusammen mit 5 Kollegen im Hotel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Service prima, außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, wir konnten alles in kürzester Zeit erreichen, die Messe, St. Pauli, Landungsbrücken... Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, alles da, was das Herz begehrt auch glutenfrei. Wir konnten unser Auto sogar länger in der Garage stehen lassen. Wir können das Hotel St. Annen nur empfehlen.
