It was the only hotel I could book

It was the most expensive hotel I have stayed at but it was no better than a Premier Inn in Reading. There wasn’t even shampoo in the shower. I was told that I should phone them for this - why do I have to get out the shower soaking yet to make a call for something as basic as shampoo lol I think the staff are arrogant and don’t feel they need to try because people have to book this place for the conference and there aren’t many amenities nearby.
