Die Dame am Empfang hat sich sehr bemüht, mir ein Zimmer zu geben, das ich mit dem Rollator erreichen konnte.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Bahnhof, Nähe Dom, Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Bahnhofslage eben....)))) Das Zimmer war sauber, das Haus insgesamt so lala. Der Aufzug eng, gerade für 2 Personen, mit Gepäck schon eng. Das Bett war bequem, das Laken zu kurz. Insgesamt sehr eng, besonders das Bad. Größe eines Gäste-WCs. Für 2 Nächte reicht es. Das Frühstück war gut, jede*r konnte etwas finden. Das Inventar / Möbel im Frühstücksraum in die Jahre gekommen und teils verschlissen.

The room was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was well kept.

The room didnt look like the pictures showcased on the booking. It didnt have anywhere to hang clothes/shirts. The TV didnt work. Very noisy in the hallway outside the room.

Breakfast was good, location perfect, personnel was nice. But the overal experience was not that good.

A standard room key was used, no key card. The condition of my door made it look as though someone had previously attempted to force it open, which did not leave me with a feeling of safety..
