The location of the property in superb, especially if you have an early flight and need to get the train.

A lot of homeless were around the entrance of the doors, the overall facilities were outdated and could do with tidying up. The bathroom facilities needed work also

Die direkte Lage zum Kölner Dom, Hbf und Musicaldom. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Das Hotel gab an 24/7 erreichbar zu sein. War aber weder telefonisch, noch per Mail 23Uhr erreichbar als unser Zug ausgefallen war. Wenn Rezeption besetzt war, dann unfreundlich und angenervt. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Flure schmutzig. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Minikühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Ebenso fehlte der Stuhl.

Die Lage war top, allerdings nachts sehr laute Klimaanlage draußen

Das Zimmer, das Bett, die Ausstattung. Föhn kaputt, Duschtür kaputt und dreckig, Zimmer anders als abgebildet & sehr klein. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht. Passten gerade so zu zweit ins Bett. Eigentlich war es wohl ein Einzelzimmer mit zwei Kopfkissen. Beleuchtung sehr schlecht. Schminken oder rasieren schwierig, weil man im Spiegel dank der schlechten Beleuchtung nichts sieht. Insgesamt ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, was ungern sauber gemacht wird. Bad und Zimmer war okay sauber aber das Treppenhaus hätte es mal nötig.

Ich hatte einen schönen Blick zur Andreaskirche. Das Personal war hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer lag im 4 Stock (248) direkt im Dach. Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage. Es war extrem heiß und stickig. Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert und die Luft dort roch feucht und modrig.

Die Lage war wirklich gut

Zimmer klein. Das Bett stand direkt am Fenster dran, man konnte gar nicht rum gehen. Es gab sehr wenig Licht im Zimmer. Wir hatten direkt 3 wärmepumpen vor dem Fenster. Es war sehr laut dadurch. Zimmer könnten besser gereinigt sein. Frühstück war leider auch nur ok.
