Vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, mooie ruime kamers, het hele hotel was brandschoon. Kleinschalig hotel wat het heel gezellig maakte. Ligging 5 minuutjes van het station, de Rijnkade, de Altstad en de Dom. Ik zou weer voor dit hotel kiezen.

Niet zo blij met het feit dat honden welkom zijn. Er was een hond, kamer naast de mijne, wat regelmatig blafte. Bovendien vind ik het niet hygiënisch. 's Avonds was de bar dicht, geen vertier verder in het hotel, maar je zit dicht bij allerlei horeca. Douchen in bad geen probleem maar een antislipmatje zou wel fijn zijn.

Freundlicher Empfang. Fahrräder wurden sicher im Innenhof untergebracht. Schönes Zimmer. Zentrale Lage.

Sehr kleines Bad, für korpulente Menschen kann es eng werden. Das voll geöffnete Fenster ragt ins Bett.
