位置距火车站很近（但需要走近路，从火车站的后门走要近些），房间紧凑，干净，能提供顾客需要的帮助，如加个水壶、把食品放进酒店餐厅的冰箱冷藏等。

房间没有空调、冰箱、水壶，房间太小，连电扇都难得有位置放。

Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre fein, da die Bar abends geschlossen war

Badezimmer ist sehr klein & es gibt noch keine Duscharmatur mit Thermostat

Location is good, quite central, very close to the train station

First of all I requested a check in at 11am which the hotel replied with "ok". Upon arriving at almost 12:00 there I was not allowed to check in as I was told someone was still in the room (even though they state 12:00 is their checkout time!). When I asked what the check out time was for them, the receptionist wouldn't tell me, and they told me to stroll around with no guarantee of when it'd be available, however I had something important at 3pm (and bear in mind it was 40 C outside, so after a long flight I really needed to check in). The receptionist kindly let me have the key for when I come back, but they wanted me to write my Credit card on a piece of paper as an insurance (which is very insecure, thus I did not). I came back at 2:30 p.m. and it was still not ready. I had to wait a bit and told the receptionist that I had something important. After 15 minutes or so it was finally ready. The room was clean and tidy, but it's definitely not what I expected. The photos don't show but the room is very small and super warm. There's a very small fan which is definitely not enough for the hot summer in Germany. I really don't recommend coming here during summer. The towels were nice and clean, but the toilet paper was super cheap and the same goes for the body wash They also provided some Sparkling water and to my surprise no still water ! There were also no plastic bags I had to ask around. They don't provide room service unless explicitly asked for. The breakfast is alright, nothing extraordinary but good enough.

endlich einmal ein Dreibettzimmer mit 3 Betten und nicht einer Klapp-couch-Variante für´s Kind, viel Stauraum, super bequeme Betten, ausreichend Kissen in verschiedenen Ausführungen), geräumiges Zimmer. sowohl nah am Rhein als auch am Bahnhof als auch am Museum Ludwig, zu welchem wir wollten, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, ausreichend Gastronomie im Umfeld, relativ ruhige Seitenstraße trotz zentraler Lage. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, freundliche Mitarbeiter.
