zentrale Lage direkt bei der Lanxess-Arena, vom Bahnhof einfach zu Fuss erreichbar, ideal für Übernachtung wegen Konzert, sehr freundliche Rezeption.

The staff was amazing and made us feel so comfortable. My partner has food allergies and was helped excellently by the breakfast staff. They even prepared an extra plate of food he could eat. Definitely treat yourself to the breakfast. Also, the beds were comfy and the location is incredible if you are going to the Lanxess Arena. I already recommended the place to two friends. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only criticism is the room climate was a bit strange. We could not figure out the A/C. As it was a warm day, the air felt a bit stuffy after our return from the concert. And due to noise we did not want to open the window. Full disclosure though - we did not report this to staff so we have no real complaints. We loved our stay.

Super nahe der Arena und sehr zentral

Für das generelle hätte es etwas günstiger sein müssen. Ich hatte schon etwas mehr erwartet für ein 3 Sterne Hotel, das hatte etwas "Jugendherberge. Niveau

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Messe gelegen. Der Bahnhof Messe / Deutz ist grad ums Eck. Die Einzelzimmer sind komfortabel, etwas älter, aber alles gut. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, dass man nichts von der Strasse hört. Das Frühstück ist super reichhaltig und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter wirklich wahnsinnig freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt nur einen Ventilator, aber leider keine Klimaanlage. Es war warm im Zimmer. Der Mülleimer im Bad war nicht geleert. Sonst aber alles tipptopp.
