Hotel Tannbergerhof

Very well situated in village close to lift. Very cosy room but has been let down by dining experiences in restaurant. Very willing waters but no direction from manager who is nowhere to be seen since our arrival. Breakfast very disappointing dried up scrambled egg left for clients, cheese board in evening with tiny end bits on display since day one of our stay. we would not stay again as have had three nights where we have spent the time annoyed by dining experience Unfortunate as reception staff excellent also.

I was going to email Expedia direct, very happy with hotel as not there fault but Expedia have ruined my holiday!!! The whole point I booked it is because of the pool area that my friend who carnt ski needed as a chill out!!! When we got there we couldn’t find it I showed them a picture off Expedia and they said oh no that’s 750m down the road!!!! Like you could walk down there in your swimwear after using pool??? I would like come compensation for this from Expedia not the hotel !

We have just had a fabulous skiing holiday staying in The Hotel Tannbergerhof - it is in an excellent location, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food was superb and both the outside apres ski bar and the Cottage had great atmosphere. Would love to return before too long- many thanks.

My stay was generally good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't sit where I wanted at breakfast and shoved to the back of the room . the reason given was that the front room with windows and views was reserved for some group who I'm pretty sure would have been paying far less than I was.

A whole week of sunshine and perfect ski conditions together with staying in a friendly ,well run hotel what more could you ask for ? The food on offer at the hotel is top class, breakfast fare is plentiful ,lots of choice to set you up for the slopes. Returning off the mountain for lunch ,sitting outside eating Goulash soup and a beer. Evenings eating at the hotel restaurant is a real treat, try the Tomahawk veal steak ,only for meat lovers with a big appetite. Rooms are spacious and warm ,no coffee making facilities ,bathroom clean and beds very comfy. I would stay again next time I'm in Lech.

We had 2 wonderful nights. With breakfast in their half board program. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They remembered our requests. The breakfast staff could remember I had a hot chocolate for breakfast. We had boiled eggs which were done to perfection. The bar overlooking the ski slope always full. Sometimes very tight for the cars to drop off guests. However the traffic is very forgiving. Music goes on into the early hours of the morning but double glass window in room reduced the noise. Would come back again to drink beer and see the traffic along the Lech town. No gym but WiFi and tv. With fruit in lobby and apples in your room. There’s no tea or coffee facilities in room but has a small refrigerator. We had a hot spa and enjoyed the steam bath in basement. You get 10% discount from pfefferkorns ski hire next door. There’s also ski lockers in basement.
