Ca. 20 Minuten nach der Buchung wurde ich von einer Dame angerufen und nach meiner Ankunftszeit befragt, mir wurde gesagt wo ich parken kann etc. Im Hotel angekommen wurden wir von der Dame an der Rezeption überaus freundlich empfangen. Wir haben ein gratis Upgrade auf unser Zimmer bekommen. Dieses war besonders schön und komfortabel. Im Hotel, dass sich mitten in der Altstadt befindet gibt es eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Da im Restaurant am Abend kein Platz war, es empfiehlt sich rechtzeitig zu reservieren, haben wir in der Bar gegessen. Dort werden auf einer kleinen Karte exzellente Speisen angeboten. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab sogar einen Sekt beim Frühstück. Einschließlich mit dem Frühstück haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes mit fünf verschiedenen Mitarbeitern zu tun gehabt bei denen man das Gefühl hatte dass diese viel Freude an ihrer Arbeit haben. Diese waren derart nett und nicht gekünstelt. So wohl haben wir uns schon lange nicht mehr gefühlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
