The property inside was great. Outside the property it was a bit noisy and dirty.

Three months ago I ve made reservation and i asked good view the only thing that’s important for us and they answered me that I will have that because of the category of the room I paid 982 € for 4 nights Monday to Friday 10-14 February They called me on Wednesday to change me the room on Thursday This is ridiculous The only view was a wall of a building I had room on second floor Room 217

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel. Really impressed with our stay. Spotlessly clean with amazing facilities we found this hotel exceptional value for money and would highly recommend.

This hotel was FANTASTIC. Perfectly centrally located for all of my wandering around Christmas markets. Just a beautiful property with great amenities and staff. Breakfast was also great!

Limit to 6pm for children using pool supposedly to have ‘quiet’ time for adults later! If you attend later despite having children that are well trained swimmers to do some laps even if you don’t make any noise you will be told off even if the pool becomes a hot tub for rowdy and half drunk adults who are very noisy and cancel any notion of calmness. Multiple staff consecutively will tell you off that you have broken the ‘rules’ and despite acknowledging that the situation is far away from being a quiet and relaxing environment that ‘they have to accommodate the wishes of all guests’. Staff do not speak well English and are rude. There is no one at breakfast reception to guide you at a table and explain the breakfast process. The waiters tell you to sit wherever you can find and the when you sit down they ask you ‘coffee americano or espresso’ although there is an inclusive menu with a full selection of drinks such as hot chocolate, macchiato and others, omelettes and fried eggs, waffles and pancakes etc. additionally to the buffet. On checkout (Christmas Eve) reception did not even wish ‘Merry Christmas’. The advantage is hotel is in a perfect place with walkable easy distance to old town (literally one minute). Parking is across road in a public car park with no lift therefore prepare to carry heavy luggage with no space for drop off outside reception without blocking the road. Hotel is clean with very good selection of food for breakfast and very warm and cosy feel.

Very friendly staff & nice modern room with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Comfortable beds & no noise at night. On the minus side, no room service available on our 1st night due to a 'private function' and the second night ( a Friday) we were told at 6pm the restaurant was full & therefore no room service again. We expressed our dissatisfaction & were given our food. I would expect any four star hotel to have available room service regardless of external functions or restaurant bookings. Finally one small point - the corridors seemed constantly littered with cleaning trolleys mops and hoovers - often with wires left training on the floor. This is not nice to look at and dangerous for guests many of whom are elderly.
