Met recht een geweldig verwen hotel!

Overall experience from reception helpfulness to the pleasant staff exceeded my expectations. Meals were very adequate. I thought it was sold as a ski in ski out place but that eas not the case. Mind you the bus to the Skking was right outside the door.

The property is so nice! The room was big and nicely decorated, very comfortable, had a little patio and it was on the mountain side with stunning views. The staff was so helpful and friendly, they have given me complimentary summer pass to use attractions free of charge. They were great at recommending places to eat too. The breakfast was really delicious and there was so many choices of dishes. Highly recommend for anyone to stay.

De très belles prestations pour cette adresse. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une superbe vue du balcon. Repas de la demi-pension excellent et petit dejeuner très copieux et varié avec un large choix. Accueil sympa , bref on reviendra,c'est sûr...

Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Our room was spacious & clean, with great views. Staff where friendly, kind and left us to enjoy our time. Great idea with free card for local activities. Restaurant food was extremely good.

Vi startede vores indtjekning med en opgradering. Den smukkeste udsigt. Skønt og meget hjælpsomt personale. Meget familiehygge, da både morfar, mormor og søskende, snakkede og hyggede omkring gæsterne. Lækker mad i halvpensionen, kan virkelig anbefales. Bare rigtig fint alt i alt

Das Hotel liegt nur zwei (kurze) Ski-Bus-Stationen vom Lift entfernt, zur Not also auch zu Fuß machbar. Mit dem Ski-Bus kann man bis Abends in den Ort und zurückfahren. Außerdem kann man nach kurzem Fußweg auch vom ÖBB-Bahnhof mit dem Ski-Bus zum Hotel fahren. Das Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl es zur Straßenseite lag. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr warm, obwohl die Heizung aus war, was dazu führte, dass die dicke Bettdecke einfach zu warm war (auch für meine Frau). Leider ist der TV unsinnig seitlich zum Bett in einer Nische angebracht, so dass man ihn vom Sofa aus nicht und aus dem Bett nur zur Seite blickend sehen konnte. Der Service könnte verbessert werden: - bei der Ankunft mussten wir Ski + Koffer selbst in die erste Etage tragen, die Angestellte schaute nur zu und sagte uns nicht, dass wir den Eingang im Erdgeschoss nutzen und dann den Lift nehmen können - im Restaurant überzeugt nur die etwas kleinere Kellnerin Das Essen war gut, die Auswahl ausreichend. Sonderwünsche wurden gut erfüllt. Die Getränkepreise sind leider hoch.
