1. Extremely overpriced 2. Recommendation of a bad ski school (lowest rated in Kitzbuhel). The endorsement is so strong that they are immediately directing you to a red phone on their front desk where you call that ski school

Lovely hotel, great staff, excellent food, and brilliant location too. The spa is a great addition, although being super hot is not to my taste, but my fellow travellers loved it!

There was some noise through the walls from bedrooms either side of mine, but it was fine for a short stay.

Gute zentrale Lage. Große Zimmer gute Parkmöglichkeiten hinter dem Haus

Zuerst wurde uns ein renoviertes Dachzimmer ohne Fenster, nur mit einem Oberlicht und Zugang über eine Treppe, weil der Aufzug nicht bis nach ganz oben fuhr, angeboten. Auf Grund unserer Reklamation hat man, nicht besonders freundlich, uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.

Location of the hotel was great and the breakfast was very good. Sauna was nice after skiing. Also, the ski room was very nice to allow the skis to dry after a day on the slopes.
