Hotel Zum Gourmet

2 staff members from the restaurant tried to make up for the complete failure of reception and top management

booked a room via booking.com around 19:15, tried to checkin about 15min later: nobody at reception. A staff member of the restaurant took care of us, saying that there is no reception staff at this time of the day. She did not find our booking in their system since she was not trained to handle reception. She still handed us two key cards for room 302 after we had filled the requested paperwork. Both cards did not work. Down to reception, nobody there. Tried to find the staff member in the crowded restaurant … another restaurant staff tried to code our cards, but they still did not work. Restaurant staff calls manager, he orders somebody from the “sister hotel” Alpin to come, who tries to code the cards again. Together with him, we try to enter room 302 and we succeed to open the room door …. only to find that room 302 was occupied with other guests. Never had such an embarrassing moment. The Gourmet hotel manager on the phone still refused to talk to us, but ordered a staff member from the Alpin hotel to provide us a room there. Luckily - and thanks to Martin from the Alpin hotel - there was a free room, so we stayed overnight in the Alpin appartment hotel (entering our room about 30mins after started to check in at the Gourmet hotel). Next morning checkout at the Gourmet hotel: no apologies by reception staff, no apology by management. This was the worst hotel experience since 20 years (I am travelling worldwide and have a Booking.com Genius Level 3 status). I still request a sincere apology from the Gourmet hotel top management.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war ich überrascht über den günstigen Zimmerpreis für 2 Personen incl. Frühstück. Das Zimmer (106) war groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hatte einen Safe, Teppichboden, Doppelbett, Matratzen waren gut und eine gute Ausstattung im Bad mit Pflegeprodukten. Die Pauschale für das All-Inclusive Packet (bei uns nur das Abendessen bestehend aus: Salatbar, 3er Auswahl bei Vorspeise und Hauptspeise und ein Nachtisch, incl. Getränke und Käsebrett) von 40 Euro pro Person (können uns nur auf diesen Abend beziehen) vom Preisleitungsverhältnis etwas enttäuscht. Geschmacklich gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Morgen, war top!

Hatten eine Junior Suite - angenehme Größe ( mit 2 mittelgroßen Hunden weiß man das zu schätzen :) ) . Für Hundebesitzer gibt es einen eigenen Frühstücksraum . Ansonsten recht sauber. Preis/Leistung passt - Würden wir wieder buchen.

Nette Mitarbeiterinnen…, aber Ein „Superior“ Zimmer ist hier allerdings das Standard Zimmer und dementsprechend ausgestattet.

Kurzfristig gebucht und richtige Wahl. Vielen Dank an das Hotel-Team, es war super schön!

La struttura nel complesso si può ritenere buona ma sicuramente non si può considerare un 4 stelle. Inoltre ci sono cose che vanno precisate. In primis che la struttura non ha piscina come appare sul sito le foto pubblicate sono relative a quelle di un'altra struttura vicina della stessa catena alberghiera vicina ma cmq l'accesso è a pagamento. Non è corretto e dovrebbe essere specificato da subito. Per il resto come per tutte le strutture ci sono stanze rimodernate e ovviamente a noi è capitata proprio quella.. Anche questo andrebbe chiarito fin da subito. Per il resto locale pulito e curato. Ottimo il parcheggio

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage mit gutem Frühstück und sehr freunlichen Mitarbeitern.Gerne wieder.

Schöne saubere Suite, Zimmer wurde tiptop gereinigt! Frühstück sehr mager kaum Auswahl..Kuchentheke am späten Nachmittag ungenügend, kaum Auswahl, schnell leere Tablets, muss man fragen zum wieder auffüllen...das Abendessen ist weit entfernt vom Gourmet. Ein Gast war am Abend barfuss unterwegs, keiner hat ihn darauf hingewiesen, dass sowas absolut unangebracht ist. Service wirklich schlecht, schlecht gelaunt, nicht motiviert. Genauso schlecht war der Empfang am Abreisetag, die Rezeptionistin hat noch nichtmal gefragt ob wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Sehr viele Hunde “zugast” sebst im Restaurant. Hunde geniessen mehr Annehmlichkeiten als Kinder.
