Super schönes kleines FamilienHotel in bester Lage. Sehr gepflegt. Tolles Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht, bei uns war leider das Dach vis a vis. Wir hatten nur Teilsicht, das stand in der Buchung nicht. Beim Buchen nachfragen! Toller Pool. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und bemüht. Wenn ich ehrlich bin, es ist für mich persönlich eher vier Stern, aber super schön. Lage, Service, Sauberkeit sind Top.

The Tennerhof Hotel in Kitzbühel offers stunning mountain views from its breakfast area, garden, and pool, with a beautifully maintained, chateau-like garden. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide selection of high-quality ingredients well above standard.

The booking process at Hotel Tennerhof was frustrating, as the hotel attempted to charge the full amount upfront contrary to what was stated on Booking.com. The room was small, lacked air conditioning, had a poor view, and the bathroom was inconvenient, particularly for taller guests. Service quality was inconsistent; staff were friendly but unresponsive to requests, like arranging an e-bike charger. There was a noticeable lack of oversight, affecting the overall experience. Given these issues, the hotel’s service fell short of the expected five-star standard, particularly for a Relais & Châteaux property.

Perfect property. We traveled with 3 teens and stayed in a penthouse chalet. The view and patio were incredible. Breathtaking. We took smaller hikes on the mountains each day. Two were starting at the gondola that is just a short walk downhill from the hotel. My teens loved it! We would walk to town each day for a nice lunch outside in the main town. Lovely. Shuttle service was great but it stopped at 5. Taxis after that time were easy to get. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool area every day. This is really a dream destination. I can’t find any faults. Tip: if you would like to get a fondue from the hotel restaurant near the chalets, you must let them know the day before. We are there but missed out on the fondue.

If you are looking for a romantic and feel-good hotel for a long weekend stay, you will be thankful for your days at "Tennerhof". It's located in the heart of the beautiful mountains and next to the city Kitzbühel. I highly enjoyed the positive atmosphere, friendly welcome/service, excellent Austrian & Fusion cuisine from their talented Peruvian chef. For your well-being the Spa Treatments and Wellness area are quite nice. The outdoor pool is heated and bigger than expected! Around the hotel you can find perfect trails for all levels.

Absolutely beautiful location with great thought put into every detail. I felt like a different person- in a good way! A true escape that elevated my mood and plans for future trips. Thank you to the lovely staff 😊

A well appointed hotel in a beautiful location above the town . Excellent food , comfortable bedrooms and a relaxing first class spa. The hotel is run by helpful staff and management . The hotel runs an efficient bus service into the town with a pick up service which is only a phone call away .We will return.
