The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with amazing views. Although the hotel itself is somewhat dated, it was clean and well maintained.

One night, there was a power outage at around 10 p.m. There was no reception staff available, no one to contact, and no assistance provided. We had to shower in complete darkness using our phone flashlights, and our evening was effectively ruined. The hotel apparently had no backup generator or emergency solution in place. Even worse, the hotel only began dealing with the outage the following morning, and the electricity was restored only several hours later. We received no apology and no compensation. This experience significantly affected our stay and ruined a portion of our vacation.

Ubytování v oddělené budově nebylo vůbec podle popisu v nabídce hotelu . Zápach v chodbě, poničené vybavení, chybějící sklenice v koupelně a ta druhá neumytá . Rozhodně jsme neobjevili žádný ekonomy pokoj , jak se po zaplacení objevilo. Samozřejmě peníze ztrženy předem.

De koks hebben totnutoe geen goede omelet kunnen maken , zelfs niet een simpele spek/kaas/tomaat… kreeg zoals elke dag een hompje gebakken groente, klein toefje geraspte kaas, en een stuk gedroogde spek terwijl ik duidelijk gevraagd had alles in het ei zoals het hoort . Inmiddels heb ik hier 9 keer ontbeten en slechts 1 x een goede gekregen . Dat vind ik echt jammer en zeker voor een 4 sterren hotel want de rest is top!!
