Hotel Schwarzer Adler - Sport & Spa

Rooms are big. Location and facilities are great! Service was fantastic too. Helped us with our dinner reservations n provided recommendations for meals.

We had 2 rooms at the hotel. The room we stayed in felt outdated and faced the walkway and road, which made it quite noisy. At one point, someone even threw a snowball at the window while we were watching TV. Pedestrians had a full view into the room, so we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time. The Wi-Fi signal was also intermittent. The other room was much quieter although it faced the city Center. Wifi signal was also intermittent.

Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Betten außergewöhnlich bequem.

Amazing family run heritage hotel with modern facilities. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly.

Traditions building. Superb service. Lovely rooms and faculties. Good food.

A bit of a walk to the lifts

Sehr schönes und grosse Zimmer. Grosszügiger und komfortabler Wellness-Bereich. Kurze Distanzen zu den Skibahnen und zu Restaurants.

Personal spricht teilweise kein deutsch. Unser Frühstückstisch wurde erst am fünften Tag auf unseren Namen korrekt reserviert. Keine Minibar vorhanden (Kühlschrank für Medikamente)
