Pool was nice, although the doors for outside part needed raparation. My kids were happy and entertained so it was not a complete disaster. All inclusive option was nice to have, and staff in the Falky land and restaurant were kind.

In my opinion, the metal bunk beds in the family room are not in line with the “family” category or with a kids-friendly hotel. They also do not match the fact that the entire hotel and the room are largely furnished with real wood, while the bed that is mostly intended for children is made of metal and feels completely unsafe, more suitable for a prison than for a comfortable family hotel. I also found the choice of such metal beds for children even offensive and shameful, as it reflects a disrespectful attitude towards children. I did not want to let the younger child sleep in that bed at all, and I absolutely did not want the older child on the upper bunk. I reluctantly allowed the older one to sleep on the lower bunk, but with serious discomfort about it. Things became truly alarming on the third day, when we discovered metal nails sticking out about a centimeter from the wooden wall paneling along the entire height of the wall against which the metal bunk bed was placed. We were simply lucky that none of the children was injured. I reported this, but I had to remind the staff once again before a technician was finally sent. After the technician removed most of those metal nails, we still found several more that my husband removed himself. In addition, all the corners of the room had large accumulations of dust. The manager responded by saying that we could have requested additional cleaning; however, the situation was such that the room would have had to be completely emptied in order to be properly cleaned, which would have been a major inconvenience for us. Also to mention, we requested for the bed rail and the step stool but also had to remind about that, a got it with long delay. I expected an apology from the staff and some form of compensation, but this was completely absent. For that reason, as a matter of principle, I requested a refund of the children’s accommodation costs, which was approved at 50%.
