La dimensione della stanza ed il frigorifero al suo interno

La posizione troppo periferica dell'hotel. Il caldo tremendo all'interno dell'hotel anche quando fuori l'aria era frizzantina! Credo sia dovuto al voler risparmiare sull'aria condizionata. Non potevi nemmeno prendere l'ascensore che al suo interno portava 50°!

Large room, very quiet. Very friendly and helpful management/ front desk staff.

It is a hotel with good value for money. It is located about 2.1 miles from the city center. It is walking distance, however, we have mostly been using taxi's. The beds are comfortable, the size of the room is ok.

The fitness room was closed due to a leakage.

Staff members is very helpful, they make u feeling that u like in 5 star hotel.

Great breakfast, She asked if we want have anything else, we wanted eggs and bacon and it was made for us.

I've stayed repeatedly at this hotel for a weekend stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in is clean and roomy. The bathroom light could be brighter, but there is a makeup mirror that makes up the difference. The breakfast is more than sufficient with in-between snacks, coffee and tea available.

There was a small issue with the air conditioner but when I informed them at the reception at checkout, they assured me it would repaired.
