Bei Ankunft kein "Willkommen im Hotel" oder "wie war Ihre Anreise", nichts. Wann es Frühstück gibt und wo der Raum ist, sowie Zugang zum WLAN, musste alles selbst erfragt werden. Ich fühlte mich überhaupt nicht Willkommen. Keine Ahnung, wie man so zu 4 Sternen kommt!!!
