Staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located for traveling to the city center, with a bus station nearby. I liked that they offered a free public transportation ticket, which included all museums for guests. That was my first experience with such a hotel system in Austria 🇦🇹.

Avevamo una camera bella e spaziosa ma senza frigobar, senza aria condizionata e con il water in un locale chiuso e senza finestra, separato dal bagno con doccia e lavabo.

Good location, close to down town (a few bus stations, and the tickets are provided by the hotel for free). The breakfast is excellent. A friendly staff willing to explain and help.

Unfortunatelly, there are no small refrigirators in the rooms. So perishables (milk, chese..etc ) get spoiled , and no ability to cool water at night in hot summers.
