Sovesofaer i 2-4 personers lejligheder er meget hårde/dårlige og dem sover man ikke godt på, det er lidt træls ellers er alt rigtig fint

Location is very good, one of the apartments where we have stayed is nice - new, comfortable and well equipped. The common sauna area is also very nice.

This was my second stay at this property. Since my first experience was great, I decided to bring my family for my 40th birthday and booked two apartments four months in advance. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing—mainly due to the rude staff—and it will therefore also be my last visit. Upon arrival, on the day of my birthday, we were checked in by Michaela, who was not paying attention, which resulted in us standing at the reception with a baby for 20 minutes while she entered our information three times. She then assigned us two apartments located in completely different buildings, far apart from each other, making it feel like we were not even staying in the same place. We kindly asked if we could be placed closer together, as we are one family with a baby and sharing a kitchen, but she did not even bother to check the system—she simply said, “No, we’re fully booked.” One apartment was very nice, but the other was a huge disappointment: it was on the ground floor, facing the parking lot on one side and the main road with passing buses on the other. It was extremely noisy and felt as if we were staying directly on the street. After seeing it, I insisted on a change, but the receptionist only repeated, “No. Next time you should book directly with us, not through Booking and then we will find a solution.” This was beyond extremely rude and completely unacceptable. I contacted Booking.com customer service. Although they were unable to resolve the situation with the property staff, they were very helpful and offered a compromise solution on their end. And, by the way, despite entering my personal information three times, not a single person from the property staff has wished me a simple “happy birthday".
