"I won't be back"

The only reason this review has 2 stars is because the location in convenient. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but there is no air conditioning. It was 29 and extremely sunny out so the room was extremely hot - we couldn't sleep at all. Additionally, the hotel is very loud. They don't have soft close hinges on the doors or insulation it seems so there is constantly slamming noises that echo through the whole hotel. They want to nickel and dime you for everything - there are literally notes on everything in the room & throughout the hotel telling you the "extra" cost for basic amenities. When we told them about the air conditioning issue, they offered us a juice to make up for it - oh great thanks, an orange juice really negates me not sleeping at all last night....

"Perfect place"

What a great hotel and just a few steps from the train station. It was ideal especially arriving to town late. Graz was great and this hotel is in the perfect location.

"Gute Lage, Zimmer klein, laut… aber günstig"

Das standard Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte nicht einmal einen Schrank wo man seine Kleidung hätte aufbewahren können. Das Fenster schaute zum Platz vor dem Hauptbahnhof und dieses war ab sehr früh sehr laut und die ganze Nacht lang hell erleuchtet, was durch die Fenster hereinkam. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich, das Brot war trocken und es gab keine Croissants. Für eine Nacht ok, man bekommt was man zahlt. Dafür ist die Lage verkehrstechnisch sehr gut erreichbar.

Convenient, very close to the train station and local transportation. Very nice lobby, modern decor. Staff was responsive. We had free minibar items, but they do not refill. Great for a short stay.
