"Good location & nice hotel"

We booked a twin room but was initially assigned a double. When we asked to change they sorted it out for us quickly. Really nice service. The location of the hotel was very centred. Easy to get to via the Tram too.

Hotel was just across the bridge from the historic section of the city. Great shops and restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant was always busy.

Our room was not correct when we checked in. Their fix was to bring in a cot for our son but there was no room for it in the room. They gave us an additional room which had not been fully cleaned so we moved rooms again. The restaurant manager made things right in the end but what a stressful situation.

The room was spacious with old and new-world touches. High ceilings, a glass-block shower, comfortable bed and flat-screen TV were part of the package, The wi-fi works well. Great location, yet not noisy!

Only issue is showe has glass wall which backs into main room .You can see person showering -an issue if staying with kids etc
