Location and beautiful rooms

The floor gets all wet when taking a shower, our room did not have a shower enclosure.

"Nice classic villa where you take your chances who else is staying there."

Room was nice but the bed was a bit lumpy. Breakfast was very good.

Noisy group in restaurant/bar area until 11:30 PM prevented sleep. There doesn't seem to be any staff at hotel after 7 PM so you you're on your own it seems. It is also a bit far from the central historical are of Gambassi Terme and for a good stretch there were no sidewalks so kind of precarious walking into town.

"Magnifique vue"

C’est un joli lieu où nous nous sentons bien. La décoration est sublime avec des dessins au mur partout où l’on passe. Le personnel est au petit soin pour chacun. Vraiment très chouette nuit de repos.

"Virkelig skønt sted"

Fantastisk sted med virkelig god og meget venlig betjening. Restauranten som familien også ejer men som ligger et andet sted er også et besøg værd. Lækker mad og flot beliggenhed. Vil helt sikkert bo her igen hvis vi kommer tilbage til området.

The breakfast was exceptional! Such a spread. The pool is also very pleasant.

The property has a lot of potential (stunning views, lovely grounds) but it didn't feel like it was optimised. It's up a hill out of Gambassi so if you are hiking the via Francigena, bear in mind that you have to climb up hill at the end of your day! My single room also was right next to reception with no outdoor space - so didn't feel great value for money.

"Para el caminante que llega con hambre o sed no ofrece ningún servicio durante el día."

Muy lindo hotel decorado con buen gusto

El hotel está en las afueras de la ciudad y recibe caminantes. Cuando llegamos ( a las 16 o 17 hs) el bar y el comedor estaban cerrados. Solo ofrecen un transfer para un restaurante que también está afuera del pueblo. Para ir al pueblo hay que caminar. A las 7 se va el personal y no hay forma de resolver un problema determinado.
