"Lovely hotel in great central location, amazing reception staff :)"

The welcome and help at reception was delightful, really made this stay special. I made a last minute change to my room and reception team were able to accommodate me in the same room with no extra charge, which was very kind and appreciated. It's also very close to Cristina Bistro, which, has The Very Best Food, Wines, Sherry and People (that's my top recommendation)!

The customer service and the staff at the hotel were some of the best I have experienced. They made my father and I feel so welcome - even getting him a little cake for his birthday - they really made the difference to our stay.

A minor point - our rooms were single rooms and small , which was fine - they were very well appointed, but only had hangers. It would be great to have some drawers for underwear, socks etc.
