Location, location, location The hotel is in Prime location. The reception staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble

We were slightly disappointed with the room. While it was tastefully decorated, it lacked natural light—there was only one small window and no balcony, which made the space feel quite dark and a little dingy. There was also very limited storage, with no bedside cabinets or drawers, which made it difficult to properly unpack. In addition, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear the neighbours very clearly at times, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. Unfortunately, just outside our room there was a small water feature with two chairs where guests would often sit and smoke. On one night in particular, people were gathered there talking until the early hours, which kept us awake and further impacted our experience.

Staff simpático e muito prestável Miguel ( recepção ) com excelente disponibilidade para dar boas sugestões No pequeno almoço - que demora um pouco mais do que seria normal - o atendimento personalizado que nos foi dado merece nota máxima. No hotel tudo tem qualidade desde apresentação geral dos diferentes espaços, passando pelo pessoal, terminando num pequeno almoço com bons produtos

O pequeno almoço, com apenas uma pessoa a assegurar o serviço, podia melhorar no tempo de resposta O pessoal faz o impossível mas não consegue disfarçar alguma demora Mais uns pessoa seria o ideal
