Des couloirs lugubres de jour comme de nuit, faute de lumière, seules des veilleuses au pieds des portes sont allumées L'ascenseur n'est pas rassurant L'accueil annoncé 24h/24h, alors que de 23h à 6h en cas d'urgence il faut appeler un n° noté sur la carte de l'hôtel et affiché en tout petit à l'accueil Nous avons eu une coupure de courant et ce n° ne fonctionne pas (nous étions plusieurs clients à faire de multiples essais en cherchant le bon indicatif, et le bon n° sur le tableau illisible sans lumière ) La consigne devrait être écrite et plus précise
