Hotel located just across from the beach and the front desk staff was friendly and very nice.

We spent a long weekend in this hotel in a fantastic position: directly in front of the velvet beach! We booked two weeks in advance highlighting that we were traveling with a girlfriend that suffers of handicap; so that she uses the wheelchair. This is very important to judge how bad was the hotel service later: First bad impression: we arrived in front of the hotel and none helped us with the wheelchair or the luggage (never happened on a 4 starts hotel Second terrible impression: the special lift for the wheelchair got blocked with my girlfriend inside! And it was needed the help of a knife to unblock it after two times up-down. We asked to get it fixed immediately (it is a legal requirement!!!) No way: we left three days later and none of services fixed it and my girlfriend had to do the stairs! Unbelievable We booked a table in the restaurant of the hotel and...it was a tall table with stools, so not at all in line with a wheelchair. We expected at least the excuses of the hotel...nothing: no excuses, no discount, no help. NEVER MORE IN THIS HOTEL

Had a great off season stay here - good service, good scrambled eggs and bacon prepared by the chef in the morning. I think that in season would be perfect! Very close to the beach

as we came to senigallia again for the fine dining with our kids we decided to stay here once more. the room was spacious and nicely decorated. the hotel is right in the middle of everything and with direct beach access across the street. great babysitting service was provided.

From the outside, this is the nicest hotel in town. Can't beat the location if you're going to the beach. Lobby has very nice - it has a separate lounge area, check-in location is a bit tight if people are trying to get by to/from stairs or elevator. Room was comfortable and well kept, but has signs of wear/age. If you have a room that faces the beach, the view is really nice. The restaurant on the ground floor has very good food and service, highly recommend. We tried the spa as well, they have a 'circuit' in which you do the steam bath and various water jet massages ... also highly recommend. The breakfast room is on the top floor, the food is good but the room could use some updating/maintenance. Overall, this hotel is a very nice place to stay and you will have a great experience.
