Este hotel merecia um melhor pequeno almoço. Pouca fruta, pão de má qualidade (que não se percebe tendo em conta a qualidade do pão da região), pouca variedade de queijos e carnes frias, ovos sensaboroes…

Très bon accueil et emplacement près du centre historique grande chambre très propre

La décoration du hall vieillotte et pas chaleureuse la chambre équipée de mobilier marron très foncé est sombre et triste

The staff in the reception, the room,the parking it is not far away from the old city(walking)

There was 2 buses with tourists turned on the motor so it was noisy. The breakfast was good but many things weren't refilled after the group left

This was just what we wanted for my husband’s birthday. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The staff were particularly helpful, friendly and kind, especially Tamara who we would like to give a special mention to. She’s a real asset to your hotel and we were grateful for her help.

The restaurant downstairs - we had dinner there and the whole experience was dreadful. The lighting was bright fluorescent lights, not good for an intimate evening meal. The staff were dismissive. The food was not good at all. My husband had ordered mixed grilled vegetables and received a plate of only courgettes which were black they were so burnt. He sent them back and asked for a salad instead. He received a plate of what looked like a bag from a supermarket. His swordfish was dry. My pasta was average. The only good thing was the wine!
