Staff friendly at reception- especially Francesca and Tamara. Very informative. Beds very comfortable. Lovely housekeeping lady- very friendly and helpful.

Noise from building works next door. Only one bin, in bathroom- need another in bedroom area. 7 Euro charge for room service - too steep!

L'hôtel est à 15 min de la gare et 10 min du centre ville à pied. Le personnel est vraiment gentil, certains parle même français c'est vraiment un plus. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner. Hôtel situé dans un environnement calme. Lit confortable

Dommage que les jus de fruit du petit déjeuner soit des jus industriels, très sucré. Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ont pourrait avoir du jus d'orange frais. Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur de l hôtel. Il y a beaucoup de quantité mais les plats sont simple niveau goût. La chambre était relativement propre à part les sols beaucoup de poussière. Les chambres ne sont pas trop insonorisé, ont entend tout des autres chambres.
