Breakfast was very good. However, charging an extra €7–10 for a simple omelette is excessive—about the price of a Margherita pizza in a restaurant.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. We are actually happy to be leaving and would never book this hotel again. This is essentially an event venue that also happens to accommodate hotel guests to make some extra money. Almost every day there were weddings, with large parts of the property reserved or blocked off. As a paying guest, you constantly feel like you’re in the way and unwelcome. It seems the hotel has little interest in its guests—the only priority is hosting events. The pool rules are absurd. It closes at 6 PM even though it stays hot well into the evening. Guests are required to wear swimming caps, yet men were allowed into the pool without one despite having hair on their heads, faces and bodies. The rule makes absolutely no sense. The pool area is also surrounded by ropes so guests can only enter via the designated steps—just another one of the hotel’s many unnecessary and annoying rules. To make matters worse, the pool area has no atmosphere at all: plastic chairs, no music, no pool bar and no charm. Another major issue was the smell. Throughout the property there was repeatedly a very strong and unpleasant smell of sewage and chlorine, which made spending time outside far from enjoyable. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the tennis court. Unfortunately, it is uneven, full of holes and in terrible condition. At check-in we were told we could borrow tennis rackets. The next day we were informed that another guest hadn’t returned them. Apparently the hotel owns only two rackets in total. If you advertise a tennis court, at least maintain it properly and provide enough equipment. Breakfast was very good. However, charging an extra €7–10 for a simple omelette is excessive—about the price of a Margherita pizza in a restaurant. Another unpleasant surprise came at check-out. There were small 0.5L bottles of water in the room’s fridge with no indication whatsoever that they were chargeable. We were then charged €2 per bottle.

La privacy nei boungalow lascia un pò a desiderare visto che non ci sono scuri esterni che diano la possibilità di aprire le imposte senza essere visti da fuori. Basterebbe dotare le finestre di tende all'interno.
