Our favorit hotel for relaxing 🧡 Beautiful rooms, hotel and pool and very very friendly staff everywhere you go🧡🧡 Amazing breakfast and really good location with the bus going to Alcudia or Palma right outside the hotel🧡🧡

"When staying in northern Mallorca you can’t do better than Grupotel Parc Natural, with its beautiful location on the bea"

这是唯一一家我住了之后还想回来的酒店，真正给客人宾至如归的感觉。所有的员工都特别好特别热情，非常努力地满足客人提出的任何要求。总经理和副总经理也总是在那里，亲自招待客人，甚至是服务客人。我在全世界住过那么多五星级酒店，我可以说没有一家酒店的服务可以做到这么好。这是一个非常棒的团队，员工之间很有默契，互相帮助。食物水准绝对上乘，房间很干净，装修也有品位，不土。虽然酒店已经很多年了，但是维护的特别好，几窗明净。

没有，真的完美，非要说一个的话，就是要提前预订，不然会订不到。

完美，十分，已经第二次来，还想再来。所有员工都那么棒，餐饮水平也很高，除了自助餐还可以单点餐。酒类产品也非常靠谱。无酒精的各种饮品也都有，很体贴。
