una excelente atencion de parte de todo el personal, aseo de la habitación y de las instalaciones impecables. variedad de platos en el desayuno, muy bien ubicado, a menos de 5 minutos a pie de La Plaza del Sol, La Gran Via, caminando a 10 minutos de la Puerta de Alcala y Plaza de Las Cibeles, muy bien ubicado, nos toco habitación con balcon y buena vista de la ciudad, calla de acceso es peatonal entonces poco o nada de ruido de carros, solo el ruido de la vida nocturna de la ciudad, aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, habitación amlia y comfortable

"I would not hesitate to stay again"

It was lovely and did its job. We’re were only there a night but it had everything we needed for our family of three. Grandma had her own room and I stayed in another with my daughter. There was plenty to do within walking distance for the few hours we had.

I think one more blanket on the bed would have been all I needed to improve my stay.

The location, between Gran Via and Puerta del Sol, is excellent! The staff are very friendly.

The breakfast selection could be improved. Not great value for the price charged.
