Location was perfect. It is within walking distance to all key attractions, shopping, and restaurants

You could hear all the noice from outside and from inside, even conversations from next door rooms. We could not sleep well.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the centre of the action. The street the hotel sits on is a busy one, and people are walking up and down all hours of the day. I assumed it would be hard to block out street noise once I saw how busy it was. Thankfully, I was wrong. We had a balcony with our room but an enclosed balcony, with glass windows that opened. Being able to close up the windows on the balcony, it completely blocked out street noise. The only night we didn’t sleep was due to a screaming baby in the room next to ours but that is no fault of the hotel. Just bad luck for us. Some toiletries are provided in the bathroom, and the room itself had no frills but was plenty big enough and suited us well. Shower was great, a fridge is provided in room, and only thing missing for us was a kettle. However, you are surrounded by places to get coffee and so having no kettle was fine. We were on the second floor in room 202. There are 2 lifts at the hotel making it easy for you to reach your floor if you have mobility difficulties. We didn’t try the breakfast and so cannot comment on it. The staff on reception are very helpful and always available when you need them - 24/7. They booked us our taxi back to the airport on our final day and it the taxi fee was a set price of 33 euros. You can easily walk to the different neighbourhoods of Madrid from the hotel. Most areas were no more than a 20 minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased we picked this hotel for our first time in Madrid.

las habitaciones que dan a la calle, se escucha mucho el ruido de los bares. la opción para mi será pedir habitaciones mas interiores

🇲🇽La mejor opción en el centro de Madrid , la primera ves me quedé hace 20 años muy limpio , cómodo , la mejor ubicación excelente desayuno huevos, tortilla de patata , fruta , pan etc , el staff muy amable , vale mucho la pena el restaurante de al lado ciudad de Tui

Posizione centrale e strategica, perfetta se si hanno pochi giorni a disposizione per visitare la città. Linee delle principali metropolitane a due passi.

Rinnoverei un pò lo stile e farei un pò di manutenzione generale alle camere.
