"Prachtige locatie, maar absoluut geen 4 sterren, slecht ontbijt en veel geluidsoverlast"

De prachtige locatie, Fornalutx is een heel mooi, historisch dorpje. Het was een gedateerde kamer maar wel schoon.

Wij sliepen beneden in kamer 3, dus erg veel overlast van mensen die ‘s avonds laat binnen komen. Er is geen receptie dus erg persoonlijk is het niet. Geen water in de kamer bij aankomst, alleen te koop voor €4 per grote fles. Het ontbijt van de foto’s komt absoluut niet overeen (een buffet), je krijgt een ontbijt geserveerd waar je het maar mee met doen. Absoluut geen 4 sterren dit, eerder 2. Communicatie alleen mogelijk via whatsapp, er is ons een nieuwe kamer beloofd maar werd niet concreet doorgepakt.

"Aussicht ist traumhaft schön"

Die Aussicht und Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Blick vom Balkon ist unbeschreiblich schön. Und genau deshalb würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen. Frühstück völlig ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Es wird serviert und man kann bei Bedarf nach ordern. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt.

Wir fanden es etwaa schade, dass es keinen Ansprechpartner gab, also keine Rezeption, alles online. von der Bezahlung vorab, während des Aufenthalts und auch beim Check-out Für uns wirkte das Hotel unbeseelt. Für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind ist das 1. OG nicht geeignet, kein Aufzug und keine Hilfe vor Ort. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben uns gefehlt. Die Damen beim Frühstück sind phantastisch und super bemüht, so auch die Reinigungskräfte, die haben viel wettgemacht.
