L'emplacement est vraiment plus que idéal. La dame de l'accueil à été formidable. La chambre familiale est super bien agencée.

All of it no hot water, no heating and tv did not work- awful hotel

The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed very comfortable. The staff I occasionally met were nice and friendly and tried to help or at least to explain the shortcomings.

The property is undergoing refurbishment. There was no one there when I arrived and it took a while until I checked my email and found instructions to check in at a different location situated around the corner, two minutes away - not exactly what you want to do after you travelled for 10 hours... But I was taken back to the property by a very nice young man who also helped me with the luggage up the staircase. The spiral staircase is very narrow and the steps are not too wide, which makes it feel rather dangerous. No hot water - it was explained to me that due to the works the hot water takes about 10 minutes to reach my room on the first floor. During the first night it started raining and a window didn't close properly and kept opening due to very strong winds. The same happened during the next day, the room being so cold that I had to wear extra clothing to keep warm in bed. There was no extra blanket in the room, unless it was on the top part of the wardrobe which was far too high for me to reach... No heating at all, although the temperatures during the night dropped below 10 degrees C. No internet, although I was given a password, it said 'connected but no internet'. No TV programmes - it said something about an antenna... As mentioned above, the staff were nice and friendly. Unfortunately, it was only after I talked to them (and asked about the window and the hot water) that I discovered how cold the room was during the second evening and night when there was no one there in reception.
