Apartamento com buracos no chão televisão não funcionou tomada na cozinha perto do microondas partida mesinha de cabeceira mal quase a cair tudo foi avisado na recepção isto tudo no Apartamento 102.

Schwimmbad und Lage

Sauberkeit war nicht vorhanden und somit würmer sichtbar im Bad, Fettflecken auf den Möbel und den Spiegeln. Steckern die nicht funktionniert haben. Kein Licht im 2ten Zimmer, Personal antwortet dass wir das Licht des Handy benutzen sollen um in der Nacht übers Zimmer zu gehen. Der Wasserhahn vom warmen Wasser der uns entgegenkommt in der Dusche und nicht funktionniert.

Came up on family friendly option but was full of noisy drunken stag do’s. The rooms were run down and dirty like most of the hotel - what food there was was overpriced and frankly disgusting. It’s a budget option so don’t be put off if that’s all you need but we found other, better places for the same price nearby

Crazy golf

Staff were exceptional.

Banging on doors in middle of the night, door right next to our room. Asked them to make less noise,to use their mobile phone or to ask for a key at reception,but to avail. Party every night right next door, did not get much sleep. Otherwise very good 👍. Sorry just being honest, for families a bit of a let down 👎

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff at reception are very rude, spoke in portuguese about me while I was addressing my concerns regarding a large fee that was required for deposit on arrival. However it wasn't stated that this large deposit was required prior to booking! When I communicated back in Portuguese, staff were very embarrassed that i had understood there full conversation about me! Following on from that it was brought to my attention that if any towels was used and not clean enough to there standards there would be a €100 fee for each towel, an absolute disgrace. Pool bar staff very rude, argumentative and inclined to get your order wrong due to the language barrier. Rooms are very out dated, shower runs cold water, some of the plugs don't work! Even when brought to receptionist attention nothing was done about it! The cleaning staff were very polite and friendly and the rooms were always clean. Hotel is in a good location and walking distance to shop, beach, restaurants etc.

The only thing worth 4 stars was the outdoor pool.

There’s a lot of noise from people partying, moving furniture around, yelling, slamming doors. The bed in the room above ours was squeeking very loudly. I had a lot of sleepless nights. The lock of the door to the terrace was broken and you have to pay for a safe. There was an empty bottle under our bed from previous guests. The sofabed for the children was not made. Bathroom is dated and too dark. A shower curtain is gross. Service at the pool was super slow. We had breakfast one time on my birthday but it was not worth the cost. There’s no coffee machine in the apartment, there was no dish washing soap, you’d think a 4-star hotel would provide a small bottle of soap in the kitchen, now we had to go buy a big bottle for only a few days use. There was no drying rack on the terrace for towels and swimming wear. The hotel probably looked really great and fancy in the 90’s but now it’s just outdated.
