The actual complex was very nice. My apartment was a good size and had two balconys. However there was no proper outdoor furniture on either. On one balcony there were two very worn old fashioned deck chairs and a clothes dryer and absolutely nothing on the larger balcony - nothing. The bar area and restaurant was also nice but the bar closed about 10.30pm-11.0pm which is very early for people on holiday wishing to sit around and talk. Also some of the bar staff were quite rude when asked about closing so early. The swimming pool attendant just came and took down the sun shades at 6.0pm when it was still very hot and sunny. We had children with us and so we didn't want to sit without shade from the sun. He was also very rude. This meant we had to leave the pool at that time. In my bathroom there was a very slippy bath and no bath mat. Quite dangerous. There were also insects crawling on the floor. There were also lots of ants in my bedroom. I asked at reception if they could do something about it and the man there said there was no one there and I would have to wait until Monday. Very unacceptable and there was nothing he could do. I asked again on Monday and one of the ladies at reception said oh we have them here too!! then handed me a can of insect killer. I don't consider this good customer care. All in all I was very disappointed as we were looking forward to our holiday here.

Simpatia e educação dos funcionários; A localização e toda a sua envolvência. O sossego.

Os colchões eram muito desconfortáveis - já é tempo de pensar em remodelarem os mesmos. O cheiro ao esgoto dentro do apartamento. A pressão da água do chuveiro é péssima! Faz com que se demore mais tempo e se gaste mais água.

Not much at all. The girls on reception

The pool bar closed early every night that Monica wasn’t there. The tables were left with the items on them until the following morning. The apartments are in desperate need of a full make over. The lifeguard at the pool was rude. The man on reception was exceptionally rude on checkout. He didn’t ask how our stay was or anything. When my mum told the staff about the ants in her apartment they just shrugged and said it was the same there!!!
