The stuff were nice

Pretty much everything was a disappointment. Rooms old and outdated, with clear signs of degrade. Rust found on multiple areas, inside the room and across the building. Everything was very old and not well maintained. The plastic fabric of the sun loungers was dirty, with mold on the edges. Most sun loungers couldn't be adjusted (admittedly no the most serious problem). Not really a beach front, but you have to walk at least 10 minutes. Also the "beach" which is accessible through a lift and a restaurant (literally going through people sitting and eating) was unusable. Full of seaweed and dirt that the waves have brought out over weeks if not months which resulted in strong smell and full of flies. (for comparison the beach next to the hotel which you had to reach from outside was perfectly fine, so another sign of neglect.) Chairs in the room old with clear signs of wear and tear. Some balconies had chairs to allow you to sit outside, but none in our room. The hangers on the bathroom were above the toilet and not close to the bathtub. The water pressure was just ok, but low at some points presumably when other people were also using it. Also the shower head was not adjustable on hight and set very high, difficult for someone sort to take out. Equipment on the kitchen were once again old, although still functioning. The pans and pots provided weren't cleaned properly before our arrival as one pan had still oil left to it from previous occupants. Cleaning was only available 2 times in one week, with not even clear indication which those days are. The basic requirement for a 1* hotel is daily cleaning and this 4* didn't provide this, although they'll probably say something how they are "apartments" and not rooms so that's ok. The beds were very uncomfortable. There are plugs only in one side of the bed and also only one was functional. They have a safe (again very old) but you actually have to pay for it if you want to use it.
