O quarto é espaçoso o suficiente. A limpeza do interior do quarto pareceu boa. O isolamento sonoro no quarto bastante aceitável.

O aspeto exterior do hotel - pintura em péssima qualidade. Os interiores estão antiquados e em alguns locais muito gastos, nomeadamente as alcatifas, vários recantos e a banheira. A receção tem ar de pensão de província. O elevador sempre com mau cheiro. O corredor entre o elevador e a zona do pequeno-almoço com mau cheiro. Pequeno-almoço com fraca variedade para um hotel de 4 estrelas, e sumo de laranja de baixa qualidade.
