Falta de estacionamento. A minha amiga teve de vir 1 dia mais cedo, poderá haver um ajuste no valor pago? Ela veio no dia 24 e pagou até 25 de abril. Aguardo resposta, obrigada

Very conveniently situated in the old town. The room was large and very bright with a balcony view to the chairlift and mountains. Room was to the rear of property. Room 305. The continental breakfast was sufficient.

Strange entrance to the hotel.Between Supermarket entrance and their loading bay! No fridge in room. Some droning sound at night from outside ,possibly coolers or air con however it became less noticeable.

We stayed here for one night before our flight, mainly to experience Funchal and its nightlife after spending a week in the north and west of the island. The location is very central, right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance, which made it really convenient for a short stay. The hotel is definitely good value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations on where to eat and what to do. There’s also a 24/7 reception, which is reassuring if you need anything. Although we were just two people, we were given a very spacious room, which was a nice bonus.

Parking was a bit challenging. The closest option was a nearby shopping centre car park, which costs around €2 per hour, so something to keep in mind if you’re driving.

Shower was dodgy, no toiletries and toilet paper wasn’t very good. Sorry
