Eingangsbereich ist grosszügig, Reception immer besetzt. Personal freundlich. Dienstleistungen wie Kleiderwäsche usw. Top. Zimmer sehr sauber gereinigt.

Schwacher Duschenstrahl und Wassertemperatur konnte nicht reguliert werden. Hallenbad etwas düster.

A nossa experiência foi excecional, desde a receção com um cocktail de boas vindas e uma garrafa de vinho no quarto, ao conforto proporcionado pelas instalações do hotel e do nosso quarto, a vista que tínhamos era maravilhosa tanto para as montanhas como para o mar. Em relação à comida, tinha variedade no buffet tanto ao pequeno-almoço como ao almoço e superou as nossas expetativas. Valorizámos o cuidado que tiveram com a nossa estadia e em proporcionar a melhor experiência. No final, fomos brindados com um postal do bonito Porto Moniz e de um doce de abóbora. Esperamos voltar.
